2. After you have been accepted.

For questions about getting access to myWWU call (509) 527-2317 or email support@alexblog.net

MyWWU is the online entry portal for the apps you will use at WWU. Once you are admitted we will send you an email with details on how to activate your university email address and myWWU account.

Two commonly used apps at WWU are PeopleSoft and HighPoint. PeopleSoft has the most capabilities for managing your student information. It is designed for use on desktop computers.

HighPoint has fewer features, but is designed to use on mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones. Financial Clearance and Registration Finalization can only be done in HighPoint.

  • Follow the instructions in the acceptance email you received to access myWWU.
  • Remember your myWWU account name and password. You will use this throughout your academic career at WWU.

International students must complete and submit an I-20 Worksheet. Once your deposit, I-20 worksheet and proof of funding have been received, WWU will issue your I-20 visa form.

International students must make a $3,000 deposit. The deposit is refundable upon graduation or departure from WWU, and is available for emergency situations. Contact the Admissions office at (800) 541-8900 to make financial arrangements.

You must have a current student visa issued by the U.S. Embassy in your home country before you leave your home country. (You cannot study at a U.S. college or university on a tourist visa. Also, you may not change your tourist visa to a student visa after you arrive in the U.S.) Apply for a student visa at the nearest United States Embassy in your country. They will ask for:

  • Your Walla Walla University acceptance letter
  • Your passport
  • The I-20 visa form issued by WWU
  • Required financial information
